you know what actually looks pretty sick??? if you have like shoulder length or shorter hair and you have it black and then the bottom part, like in your neck bright pink!
I recently saw a girl with it, and you didnt see it when her hair was down but in a ponytail you did, it looked awesome!!
but well, if you have a corporate job i dont think that'll work :sadgreen: |

Umm well I am going to be doing this myself and everytime I do hightlight on myself I always up. I normally always do my hair by myself because I really dont have the cash to be throwing away at salons. |
