Yes I know they are fat soluble. I have been told that you must be careful especially with Vitamin K because of you take more than 1 per day you can literally overdose and kill yourself. I just started taking K recently because I showed all the symptoms of a Vitamin K difficiency.

The only vitamins I remember taking are those flinstones ones when i was 6-8. They Tasted so good I ate them like candy. I guess I started young as a raver.

I take alot of stuff

every morning:

1 multi vitamin
1 Fish oil

then my morning shake consists of

Whey Protein
Flax Oil
Wheat Grass (Barley Dander and somethign else)
Yogurt
Blueberries (the healthiest fruit out there)
1 banana
2% milk

a couple of other things but i forget lol

I heard the fish oil is good for mental stimulation and concentration.

It has a lot of healing properties

Flax Oil is a must, look it up and see all the benefits!
