no M.I.K.E. in SF Friday

Accordig to Spundae's site, M.I.K.E. won't be at his Friday
show in SF due to a death in the family. I'm bumbed out, but also bumbed out for M.I.K.E. That sucks :(

Unfortunately, it's all true. Mike's brother died of a heart attack at the young age of 36. :( :( :( :( :( :confused: :confused: :confused:
He has a lot of heart still doing the LA gig on Saturday, when the funeral for his brother is Friday. Suppose he's doing it because he'll be doing something he loves and it'll help him get his mind off of things. |

36? Damn...I can't say enough about music, though. Without it...I don't know how we'd get through some of the trials and tribulations of life. Really makes you put things into perspective.
added: oops, I hadn't read the LA M.I.K.E. readup thread, so I didn't realize that some of you might have known this already, but I think most SF peeps weren't aware, so that's why I started this thread.... |

| Wow, that really sucks. :( Yeah, that's amazingly professional of M.I.K.E. to play on Saturday. I'm not sure if I would've been able to do that if I was in his shoes. That should be an interesting night for the people who do go, given that it's the last Spundae @ Circus as well. |
