How do you back up your mp3s?

For those of you that have tons and tons of mp3s, how do you catalogue them? I've heard there are some good programs that do this.

Well I catalogue them by MusicFolder/Artist/(Livesets/single)

As for backing them up... I don't (i've got like 40+GB of music, all my media is something in the ballpark of ~140GB). That would be pretty much a pain in the @ss to back up. So I remain content, knowing that if my HD gets destroyed for some reason, I can either a) re-download all my stuff pretty quickly, or b) download all new stuff!! :D
