Well it pisses me off, but I'm not surprised to read such articles. People nowadays are so afraid of difference its becoming ridiculous. It seems like whatever happens they will never be pleased and will always find a way to whine about it...
Parents are accusing the internet and TV for everything bad their children do, I say its their damn job to teach their children how to tell things apart... Who the are they to ask that everything around them be changed in order to avoid disturbing their own little perfect world instead of adapting to it??
That women could have just explained to her child that its just a picture and its not gonna hurt anybody, does she have such a boring life that every damn thing she knows has to remain the exact same otherwise she'll be totally shocked and disoriented?

Seriously, I wish I could learn this thing of common sense better. But as I do not have any, it is very difficult. It is like I am an observer trying to grasp the rules of some intangible game. I can memorize some by rote and excute them to some practical degree, but it becomes precarious like a deck of cards. It amazes me how simple it is for most people to "get it". But for me, no, it's not :(
But going by rules of the game of life... I do know this:
Safe, sane, and consensual... that's what I like to hear... ;)
