Tae Seol, Akko, and the Highmalicious saw this tonight. What an amazing movie. Jet Li was as kick ass as ever. Zhang Ziyi needed a bigger role so we can see her hot ass face even more than we did.
Cinemotography was badass, soldiers were badass, costumes were badass, fighting was badass. HERO is the quintessential badass movie. |

| lol, i saw this almost a year ago when it was released in china.... i wonder why it took so long to get here? good movie nontheless. i think i prefer jet li when he's actually speaking chinese rather than his usual broken english. |

it was released in 2002 here, but didnt receive any marketing...thank tarantino for getting it marketing rights and a wide screen opening... |

it was released in 2002 here, but didnt receive any marketing...it got nominated for best foreign film last year...thank tarantino for getting it marketing rights and a wide screen opening this year...thats why in the trailers you keep seeing "QUENTIN TARATINO PRESENTS"...cocky ******... |

hahahaha, now that i think of it, i did see it in 2002. my memory fades....... too much reefer... =/...... damn tarantino.... i hate his acting... the most. |

| my friend got it on bootleg 4 days before it came out, the movie is in awesome... dunno why but i loved all the different colors that they used and i dunno why but the movie reminded me of a crossmix between Dragon Ball (Regular, Z, GT whatever) and the Matrix. Just might be me though. |
