well depending on your definition of uplifting....if it's huge peak of synths through the break then Dumonde - God Music (Original mix) has that sound or even dumonde vs Lange - Memory (Jam X & De Leon Remix) Huge syths.
There is not one track that is huge, epic, uplifting however you want to put it. I'd say Dumonde - Never Look back (tiesto rmx) is up there :)
