What happen 2 weeked ago Christopher L. in Spundale was completly packed.
And lastnite M.I.K.E played, Spundale was very slow, almost a slowest nite I ever seen. Please tell me why...:-(. Did you guy know his music was flow me away. He really really good. I don't get it about trance sceen in LA
Anyway I promiste you still keep bringing the best Dj/producer in the world to come to LA.

Between those two? Those are two Fridays...there some special Halloween weekend party going on?
Back to MIKE...I think a LARGE part of his problem with people not knowing who he is goes back to how many damn aliases he has used. When talking to people trying to press them to go up here in SF, most would not know who MIKE is, but once I started spouting off a good list of his more well known aliases, most would eventually realize who he is and instantly be interested. Sucks he cancelled up here, think the turnout would have been pretty well. I personally know dozens of people who did not go out that night once they heard MIKE wasn't going to make it.

I agree with DaveT, I believe the problem with M.I.K.E. was most people didn't recognize the name. I know I had to do some digging to find out all the aliases etc.
Christopher Lawerence on the other hand doesnt have that problem. I would take it as a fluke thing based on the name not the start of a pattern in anyway. |
