Tiesto and OTT use same vocals!

Listen to A Tear In The Open by Tiesto, and then Splitting An Atom by OTT - exact same vocals there!
Since I can't believe Tiesto would copy stuff - are those some sort of "public" stuff, or what? |

| artists can use sample's whether they are musical or vocal by permission of the original owner. The original owner will usually request either a: royalties or b: a larger lump sum, for usuage of their work. The second artist will also have to credit the work of the sample the the original artist on the sleeve |

| There was another thread regarding the vocals and if I remember correctly the vocals were taken from Spectrasonics' sample cd 'Vocal Planet'. Signum's Cura Me and Pole Folder & CP's Dust use the same sample as well... |

| Those same vocals are also in Pole Folder & CP's Dust on Digweed's MMII CD. |

Altom also used the same sample in their latest album. There are probably even more artists who have used it that haven't been mentioned yet.
UPDATE: "Angel Tears - Ishka" also uses the same samples. :eek: |
