Tomorrow Night begins the Hockey World Cup 2004 for most North Americans (most Americans don't care :))

It's

Canada
-2002 Men's Gold Medalists
-2004 Junior Men's Silver
-2003 and 2004 World Championship Winners
- won 5 of the 7 World Cups (tho most were unfair cuz we did field some unstoppable teams (cough 1987..)

vs.

United States
-2002 Men's Silver medalists
-2004 Junior Men's Champs
-Reigning World Cup holders (from 1996...been a long time)

live at the Bell Centre in Montreal

I can't wait for the clash of the titans, both teams really dislike each other and each side is always looking to one up the other team

ill probably watch this but i dont have high expectations of the team. the only reason we won the warmup game is because canada put in the second string goalie.
