I'm starting to get into mainly house, tech-house and techno nowadays
can anyone recommend me sets by carl cox? I've got his 2001 essential mix from space in ibiza, and I cannot get enough of it!

| Carl Cox is the man. check out www.suprnova.org, they have a bunnch of his sets. my favourite is the 3 part he recorded in Japan. its under Carl Cox and Ko Kimura - Global. really powerful set, gets really good around 15 min mark. pllus it was recorded on an awesome sound system at Ageha here in Tokyo. |

Try the "Mixed Live Carl Cox" cd from Moonshine records. It's from 2000 so there might be a volume 2 or 3 out now, I'm not sure. It was recorded live at Crobar in Chicago.
The "F.A.C.T." series is good too. This is on REACT and is an even older series.

Back in 92-95 cox no-showed on quite a few rave events here in the UK, kinda made me lose a bit of respect for him as it often left clubs in the having promised he'd be there, kinda sucky imo |
