Winter Clothes for Clubbing?

Hey everyone, the weather is getting colder and colder here and I was just wondering what kind of clothes people wear when they go clubbing in fall or winter.
In the summer/spring, when I went to clubs I would wear a "muscular shirt," long pants, and shoes. But what do people wear now? I wanted to put on a sweater or something, or a coat, but "that's not cool," you look like an idiot :( :D |

clubbin in the winter means more money...dam coatchecks...
and the coatcheck lines are ridiculous...
so the best thing is...wear a decent long sleeve that wont make u too hot in the club and leave the jackets and sweaters in the car and RUN to da line ...:D |

hehe, thats what i do. i dont really change my clothing style since its always hot in any club especially after dancing... so the only inconveniance is that short hop from the car to inside the club. |

| To battle the cold in NyC I just wear the same type of clothing as I do in the summer....pants...top...not gonna go into detail with that...but then I layer that with a sikk looking coat...a nice warm scarf and my fav leather gloves I got for christmas last year. If I'm still cold I'll get one of my friends...or b/f at the time to hug me to keep me warm! The only pain is coat checking...but I'd rather deal with that then freezing my arse off on line! Just becareful if you use a scarf...I usually stuff it up a sleeve of my coat and its always worked well for me but my friend lost a ralph lauren polo scarf that way....and it wasnt even hers! So be forwarned! :p |

in calgary winter lasts longer then a mofo!
i usually just wear my normal shizat and put a nice warm fleece over top, then pay the 2 bucks for coatcheck... otherwise i end up freezing my arse off in line, which can be a pretty long wait on some nights :) |

| word shockwav. :) i usually wear a turtleneck or fleece sweater and go through the horrible coat check. ugh. but it's better than not being able to go in at all due to hypothermia. winter parties are nice. :) just don't slip on the wet floor from people tracking in snow. :D |

| I usually go clubbin by bike (damn!) so i'll have ta go for a coat. No matter how cold it is, i always only wear a t-shirt becuz with a sweater i would flood the club with sweat (and pass out too):) |

I like the idea of leaving the jacket in the car and run to the line, hehehehehe..
but I get so cold even in the clubs sometimes when i stop dancing for a while it gets so cold, if i have a dress on, I'll put one of my furry boots on cause they make me warm, hehehe, or I'll wear regular black pants and a cute top and a coat or jacket, and if Im dancing with my girls or my boyfriend there will always be someone sitting down taking care of our stuff .

| It all depends on the venue's temperature inside... long-sleeve shirts are good, but if your dancing all night and you get really hot thenit might not matter... coat check coat check coat check. |
