Honestly , how much would you guys pay to see Paul Oakenfold re-spin the Tranceport CD LIVE ? Also add in the some of the classics and the recent remixes from his Creamfields 2004 CD.
1. Time (Original Mix)- The Dream Traveler
2. Greece 2000 (Original Mix)- Three Drives On A Vinyl
3. Rendezvous (Quadraphonic Mix)- Tilt v. Paul Van Dyk
4. Purple (Sasha v. The Light)- Gus Gus
5. Someone (Slacker and Original Vocal Mix)- Ascension
6. El Nino (Matt Darey 12" Mix)- Agnelli + Nelson
7. Cafe Del Mar (Three N One Remix)- Energy 52
8. 1998 (Original Mix/PVD Mix)- Binary Finary
9. Words (For Love (Original Mix)- Paul Van Dyk
10. Gamemaster (Original Mix)- Lost Tribe
11. Enervate (Original Mix)- Transa
I personaly would pay $50.00 for this event, just to re-live and witness that set LIVE! MY GOD ... driving to that set late at night is really puts a smile on my face, even if some fool cuts me off.
I could ask my managers, but I have a feeling they will say " John stop smokin' the crack and snap back to reality you fool!" |

HAHHAHAHA, how about we just get someone to replay the tracks at interference party? or get 3-4 ppl to juts put together a 2 hour 'oakie' set?

i paid $50 to see the Chem Bros and Oakey,
If it was garunteed that i could hear a classic Oakey set, spun by him, i would waaaaaaayyyyyy more than that. I probably wouldnt even blink to pay over $100.
Please ask your manager! lol. I guess it would be worth a laugh, even if it will never happen. (or just try and get him back to TO as soon as possible!)
I was just talking to kwongandy about this, and he said it would never happen either:( |

Tranceport & Travelling are my favorites.
I wish he would play that stuff again, but I highly doubt he would. He just doesn't have passion for that kind of music anymore. |

yes...$50 for him live in KH, CONTROLLED CAPACITY, for at least a 3 hour old school set.
One of my favourite old tracks is the Space Brothers "Shine" that Oakie dropped live :) |
