First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who came out for Forward Progress Friday last week to see Phillip Morrison. It was definitely the busiest night we've seen so far, and that's the sort of thing that keeps us going, so thank you very much for your support!
This week, however, we have a special treat coming from the North/Central Florida area. Gainesville's own homegrown Josh Wickham (Enation.org, 238 West Gainesville) as our closer with opening sets by SceneOrlando.com's Tim Correy and Dale Grebey, followed by a mid-set by myself. I think I speak for all four of us when I say that we'll be ecstatic if the next installment of the tropical season doesn't shut us down. Our new hurricane friend shouldn't be here until Saturday though, so our hopes are high. Come and join us for some bangin' progressive house, both old and new, all night long! As always, it's 21+ and there's never a cover.
This week's lineup:
Dale Grebey & Tim Correy 9PM-11PM
Legato 11PM-12:45AM
Josh Wickham 12:45AM-close
:D :) :D

$2.50 domestic bottles until 12 . $3.00 Corona, Heineken & Amstel Light until 12 . $4.00 LITs all night |

In case anyone is staying in town for the weekend, you're not going to be able to go out Saturday, and we're gonna party while we've still got electricity tomorrow night, so bring it and we'll be sure to rock your socks off all night.
Also, we've got a DJ on the front porch these days, so you'll be able to bounce back and forth between progressive house inside and breaks/dnb outside.
Spend your money on having fun before you have to spend it on fixing stuff!

I just spoke with Eli, and it looks like tomorrow night has been cancelled. We're not even opening Eli's Cribb... friggin' hurricanes.
However, I look forward to rescheduling Josh for sometime in the near future... sorry about that everyone.
Stay tuned for more...
Oh yeah, btw...
Next week at FPF, I'll be opening for a mid-set by returning guest Jarren Skinner (Mad Rhythm) for a wicked prog set and closer Andy Hughes, playing the same badass Balance Record Pool tunes he's becoming known for at Eli's. Come out for some of the best prog in town.
I'll be sure to update as soon as Josh and I work out when I can reschedule him, but you can catch the SceneOrlando.com guys back in two weeks when they open for myself and Dave Cannalte!
'til then... |
