HTML Coding might be allowed in a limited way, just like these forums. (Bold, Italic, Font, Links, Color, Img, that stuff)
Streaming MP3s will only be possible when you are streaming from another site. I simply do not have the money to get an expensive host that will support that feature.
And what do you mean by 'sideload from other websites of our mixes?' Please explain.
E-mail updateable news is a bit too difficult to implement, but each DJ will have a news-section on his/her page where you can update your news through your browser.
User-feedback on mixes: i'm already working on it...

As you can see, most of the features you requested will be added or all already added. The hard part is that I need to find an affordable webhost that supports ASP/MySql (strange combi? no, works great!), and has enough space to store all this.
Any sugestions on this will be more than welcome.
Anyways, thanks for the feature requests. More is always welcome!

thanx for the feature considerations...
as for a host, well, considering you're in the netherlands, i'm not sure how fast your local internet backbone is, but I know of a pretty sweet host for a website... www.canaca.ca ...loads of features for awesome prices (they are quoted in CDN dollars)... and i think you're on the euro so it'll be even cheaper for you!!
