Fromm CNN:
| quote: |
Valery Andreyev, head of the local branch of the FSB intelligence service, said 20 hostage-takers had been killed, 10 of them from Arab countries, after Russian troops stormed the school earlier Friday. (Map of school)
Until now, the rebels have been regarded as residents of the restive republic of Chechnya or other Caucasus areas.

Let's not be hastey and blame jihad warriors quite yet. We have no idea of their political or religious motivations. |

| This is the second biggest terrorist event we've seen since 9/11. Yes, it is fact that they are islamic extremists. More of an example of the war we are in. I pray for these people. |

Ahh, I did not know that, I thought it was speculation. I agree, unfortunate. Watching it on the news, it looks horrific. |

| If we did this against people of islamic faith they would be calling for their regular holy war b.s, yet when they do it I have yet to see a single person step out and condemn these kinds of actions from their faith. The hypocracy is overwhelming. |

actually when there were hostage executions taking place in Saudi Arabia and IRaq, groups like Hezbollah condemned them and made it clear that those acts were strictly non-Islamic and that the people who would use Islam to justify what was happening were criminals.
Now it is a little humorous that a group like Hezbollah would make such claims, but at least they were speaking out. |

(again) :haha:
Hezbullah were the mother******s that started Islamist terrorism as we know it nowadays in the first place (they are proud inventors of the suicide bombings, tested in 1982 for the first time). |

I do not agree with this. That's a diffrent situation - Chechenya is in a war with russia nad there is a very small chance that they will win, Chechenya tries it that way - they do f.ing terrorist stuff and try to gain liberty like that... Anyone heard about the two planes that exploded about the same time, while flying, in russia? Russia hides it, but ow it's clear that it was done by Chechenya's terrorists also, that sucks. That's no way to get freedom. |

is that true? sorry to be blunt and call you out, but can you show me a place or time where the hezbollah condemned such actions? i'll gladly accept it when i see it, it's just that i find it a little hard to believe. |
