It can be something that you've done for you, for another, absolutely anything significant to you. It might be simple or something on a world wide scale. I thought of a few of my achievements, but the one that stands out most for me is losing alot of weight since it has changed my life dramatically. for those that are interested have a look HERE . To be truthful i shouldn't have got so big in the first place, but i'm glad i did something about it before it got too late.

anyway.. shoot...

Hmmmmm..... this is a hard one.

I dont really think I've achieved anything "great".

ive always climbed that ladder and kept going up at a steady pace.

I havent had that giant leap of amazingness happen yet.

I guess for now all i can say is that whatever ive put my mind to has worked out.

I decide to do something and i do it. and i like thAT

:)

simply put, STRICT diet & exercise (strict being the key word) did a high protein, NO carb diet for 2 months, while swimming and running 4 times a week. then started addign carbs back in while slowing switching from cardio to free weights to get my strength back up. lost the first 3 stone in the first 3 months. it's all about preperation (i.e. filling your fridge with the right foods), determination/persistance (i.e. the first week is the hardest, but every week after is the next target, once you get the rythm and motivation going, it's easy to keep going) lastly, have a target/aim. mine was to 'look good', no specific weight. follow that plan flawlessley and there is no limit to how much weight you can lose imo.

That is awesome mate! Although I'm sorry that things did not work out. :(

Don't be. I'm glad it didn't: That exam changed my life and I realised I had things here to do before leaving. I've just been granted some extra time to fix whatever I'd leave scattered behind.

Being a part of 2 (soon to be 3) SEARS Drama Festivals in Ontario.
The annual festival is widely considered the "cradle" for the future players in Canadian theatre.

Winning a merit of achievement for acting was a really good feeling, plus the Outstanding Production award (advancing us to the next round, where we won an award of excellence for production, just short of an invitation to the Ottawa showcase). In the end, our play was in the top 20 of the year's 260.

After the festival was all done and over with, my school awarded me with a Drama Award.

Those 2 months of travelling and performing in the 2004 fesitval was the best 2 months of my life so far.
