| After the verdict in your favour, if you really want to teach her a lesson say that you wouldnt have sued her at all had she helped you out and been human. That would really her up. |

I am finding this kind of thing becoming more and more common. People jsut don't care anymore. Looks like we are becoming more and more like LA, somone can die ont he subway and only notice about a couple of hours later that the person is dead. I do not know why there is such a lack of Empathy. This is totally new to me. I always found that in Canada someone is always willing to help you out if you are hurt or help someone up when they fall. I always turn around to see if someone is ok and I am sure everyone else here does too. I just wonder why suddenly people no longer care about the well being of your fellow man/woman? What was it again? Love Thy Neighbour?
I am very glad tho that you are ok and not seriously hurt. Some people are not as fortunate as you are. |

Man, I'm sorry you had to go through that.
I hope your ok now?
Hey atleast you picked a good Ibiza year.....2002! Def good time :D
Before going after her ass, find out if it's worth your time, money and headache. If she caused it then make her pay for your car. If some other circumstance did it, then just forget her....she's just one of the many lost causes in this city.
Not all Torontonians are like her man. I know that I would have helped you out if I saw you in need.
Besides....only Donald Trumps kid could possibly have a reason to not help you (greedy twats). Anyone else that refuses to help is just an ignorant piece of shyte.
Get better soon.
Later ;) |

| I'm gonna have to go against the crowd on this one. People do some really stupid when they're in shock. This goes double for women. I wouldn't be surprised at all if the thought of calling an ambulance didn't even come to her mind. She was probably just scared out of her mind and the first thing she could think of is how her dad would know what to do, so she called him. And she was talking to him about you too and trying to find out what to do. It's not like she was discussing last night's hockey game. I say give her a chance, perhaps she's not such a bitch after all. |

Good point!
I once saw a women smoking and laughing as they carted away her husband in the ambulance and someone pointed out the same thing to me....that she was in shock and this is how she dealt with it. So ya...sometimes it is hard to figure out why people act the way they do during a crisis.
I suppose the mature thing to say is that we all have to be more tolerant...but come on....I still say that if she caused the accident and destroyed his car, then sue her for it, cuz there is just no reason for an accident to happen if you were paying attention to the rules of the road. |

Pfffff - whatever! Just because she is a woman, doesn't make it any better. Plus her being a woman is not an exscuse for her actions. Not all women freak and spaz out in a situation like that. The least she could have done is asked him if he was alright. I'm sure her dad could have waited considering he had no idea it happenned. If what this guy says is true about him gasping for air at her feet.. then it makes me sick she just sat there. She was probably some spoiled, self centred girl who cares only of herself and what trouble she was going to get into from her dad. How old was this girl/woman/lady ? |
