hehe, I just that, in many languages, the city and the country have the same name (such as in Russian), so I often need to say that one is the capital and the other one is the country.

Girl wise and weather wise, that is most certainly the truth, but it really doesn't matter at the moment, as I'm warm and in love :) We get bigger electronic music festivals here though :D
