| i probably started listening to trance my senior year in HS well it wasn't trance only i started with crystal method, prodigy, and then moved on to oakenfold and tiesto, since i'm from the miami area i got in to george acosta and from then on i only listened to electronica. so it was probably around 2000-2001. but i've been really fully in to trance for about a year i would say listening to a wide variety of artists/dj's/producers not just the mainstream stuff! love it and always will! |

well...i start to listen to dance music at 1998 but, i start to listen to real trance at the start of 2002 after i heard those 3 tunes at MoS.

| Got into the trance-type sound in 1996 when I heard Robert Miles - Children, but since I was about 10 years old then I didn't have access to much other than the commercial dance out at that time. I think it was 1998 when I first started listening to what would be classed as 'trance' nowadays; Cafe del Mar, Binary Finary, Ayla, For an Angel, Storm etc, as well as the first Chicane album. So I guess I'm one of the clueless newbies. |
