All I said is that, some of the things I hated the most about my mother are some of the things I have in myself.

I don't hate gays :conf: I'm not one either, by the way.

So you've become the cliche that at least one character from every primetime sitcom goes through...

this song is great! awesome track man. The intros a bit slow. I love the break beat. All & all nice work. 9/10

How do we know that dogs are colour blind??

Without noticing, we may end up becoming the things we fought the most. I had never planned, and I had not expected either. It just came.

I fought against it as much as I could, as I thought it was not a part of me. In fact, I thought it was the thing that had hurt me the most, and I still think it did. Somewhat like a virus, which you can't see. Just entered myself, and slowly, it could be seen by those who passed by. I just couldn't see it myself. I wasn't aware there was a mirror.

Nor could I notice there was one. That image looked familiar, but I just couldn't tell where it had come from. The same way ice can burn, remedies can kill and uplifting trance can be depressing: I found strenght in the weakness, or so it seemed.

Was I blind? Afraid, that's what I was, rather than blind. But I'm happy now. Happy and peaceful. Not sure whether this is the real me, but I know my inner bastard will always be inside of me telling not to be such a bloody drama queen. Or maybe not.

For those of you who are wondering, no, nothing happened today, and I'm completely sober. It was just a moment of self-awareness. And a lame excuse to post this background music.

But I've truely become what I least expected. It's just a matter of dealing with it.

This thread is reserved for anyone else who's feeling weird today.

What is the track called? I love this song but I can never remember who it's by.

Colourblind, actually.

not really, the track is called colorblind not colourblind regardless of how its supposed to be spelled or said..
Streakfury
Meh, my emphasis was on the capitalisation of the first letter, not the spelling (which is wrong), but whatever. I'm going to bed.

Turbonium
They are both real, but one is not genuine.

Thing is, what is "real" personality. Even her personality in the group of people is technically genuine. What we become depends on what we are surrounded by sometimes, in both the short and long term.

If you think about it too much, it becomes confusing. "Just be" is what I say, as long as you're doing what makes you feel better or good or more true to what you think is you, even if it means being different in a group of people.

As long as at the fundamental level, you're not being something or someone you wouldn't be if it wasn't for peer pressure or trying to satisfy the conditions put on by a situation or others.

I hope what I just said made sense, because I didn't proofread or anything, but just ranted.
