Neutral responses

seem to be more and more popular these days. Especially true when you talk to someone in public. Example: do you know when the next bus comes? Neutral responder: shrugs shoulders. Another example when i said to my customer "thank you for coming.... now i think ill go take the day off i was promised" add laugh.... Neutral response: blank stare....
Have people forgotten how to communicate? Use words, say something pleasent. It's called small talk!

I hear what you are saying man. There are not too many people left these days that care about stuff like that. But if anyone will take the time to try to communicate with me...I will extend the same!
