So the XXLs are no more.
Does this mean a 2 hour show every week - no guests at all?

| well that's very lame of ID&T, cutting times when ASOT can show off up and coming or hot producers/dj's from getting airplay and putting something else that's not as great. :( |

you have to remember that ID&T is primarily a dutch station, they have to put something on to appeal to all the people in that country, they can't just keep ASOT xxl cos say 200 americans and some others from europe and australia want it on so that they can have it relayed via an internet stream by a site not afiliated with id-t. And as people here know with some of the shows/songs we have to put up with, commercial or horrid other styles are liked by a lot of people so id-t will just play that for them to keep them listening, after all a show once a week isn't huge for them in what is a prime listening spot, they don't get nearly as many listeners via normal radio in the nl as listen into the stream |

They should really get a good quality internet radio station. That would be great. |

Well, it is after all pure "dance" music, so 2-3 hours a week of music lots of people love can't be that bad, now can it... Would be different if ID&T radio was a kinda everything goes station. |

| i think id&t spitted in armin's face...this guy does this show supposedly for FREE every single week for around 3 years, has massive support, everything is working perfect and they have the courage to ask him to cancel the xxl episode because they want to broadcast something else...that's not nice! :whip: |

Ian it's only 1 XXL each MONTH not week or day..
also the dutch people listen to other radio stations like 538 or Vernoica etc, ID&T is not the most famous radio in holland.

radio1 did it to us in 2000 when jules was at his best they ed with the shows and his sounds dropped drastically, it's always happened, we can only do what we can and listen to/ignore the station |
