Chicane/Armin van Buuren Lead Synth

hi...does someone know how i can programm the typical chicane lead sound with a software-synth like superwave or v-station (the mp3 files below)? armin van buuren use this sound too and also above & beyond in the remix of motorcycle "as the rush comes" (above & byond mix)

Wenn Du mir mal Deine Email-Adresse gibst, dann kann ich dir die Beispiele kurz schicken! Habe keine Ahnung, wie das hier mit mp3 funktioniert! Sind auch nicht groß, der eine Loop 50 Kb und der Andere 100!!! |

pretty sure i know what you're talkin about. about 3 saw osc's very slightly detuned, low attack, no sustain, adjust the decay to taste, should be about halfway. Adjust the release to your liking aswell. Add a bit of reverb with a large tail. oh and tune one of your osc's down an octave or two. add res to the filter and pull the cutoff down until it just kisses the high end.
should be pretty close
somethin like this maybe? This is done with z3ta, and no external fx at all.

they are easy to create, like moth said, I have something like that in my synth 1 patches, heres an example I made in about 5 min:
