[Chilled Melodic Trance] Convergence - Breeze

Came up with the lead for this tune on one sunny afternoon and been working on it on-and-off since, it's a very relaxed track. Quite a gentle tempo (133), soft kick (not too soft, I hope?) and slightly housey. My 4th finished track, hope you enjoy, or at least give feedback :)
At the moment I'm quite happy with how it sounds, compared to my last track it's more clean, and nothing about it really annoys me...

nice work simon, this his 4th production and he is leaping big steps to the good way.
i quite like this the melody is realyl nice, and those pads are nice and dreamy.
bass is nice and mixing seems ok here.
i think the clap can be stronger by using a different one, the lead totally covers it and in the intro it's really subtle, maybe it was your intention to do that.

Yeah the clap does seem to be a bit weak, I've never been good with getting claps to sound good in the mix.
I'm glad most of you have enjoyed it so far, hearing that is always good motivation :) |
