Something strange at LOL

Did anyone realize that on the projection screens in Guv the lyrics to certain tunes were displayed right on tune with what Sander was playing.
How can this be???

I think the opening track was kind of pre-arranged (by the way it WAS AWESOME that revolution trak + the lyrics)...I heard there's a lot of new technologies comming out in video DJing so maybe we're seing some of that...Pioneer just released some products for that :)

| im sure they prearranged that for the first track but it was like that for a bunch of tracks...i remember being really suprised they could do that too |

| Theo our video guy ... does it proppa again! Most likely a DvD Sander K brought ... but the timing from from both of them had to be on point! |

I think Sander was doing that by himself. He has 3 CD-J's in front of him, and this other larger one off to the left of the turntables. He also has his large cd case w/generic hand-sritten cd's in one book, and a smaller book with cd's with different patterns on them, off to the side. I'm pretty sure he was doing the video stuff himself. Must be some a DVJ-X1 he was using.
Dunno where he got the visuals from though. That's where the mystery lies. Where do u get visuals like that with lyrics for current underground dance music? Kinda like cool karaoke.
Nonetheless, it was wicked! |

Thats the new Pioneer DVJ. He was using it in his set at the guv. |

they did the same effect at CREAM. Probably to the same tracks, it was really cool visuals, but I am completely oblivious on how they managed to do that.
Haha, I got back from montreal, CSI was on, and they were playing one of those very tracks from sander's set where all them lyrics were up on the screen. |

| My guess is he was mixing VCDs... There are certain platforms out there that can mix VCDs exactly the same as CDs |
