Hello
I've been asked to be the resident DJ at
http://www.mentalfx.com
and I was wondering what software do I need to use so I could acually make this work?
I don't have any decks nor any mixing equipment in my house...
Thanks. |

Step 1-4
1. www.winamp.com go dl it
2. www.shoutcast.com go dl it, its a winamp plugin so u can stream ur mix live thru the net (remember to read the faq's how using it)
3. go to www.download.com and search for "Virtual Turntable" og "MJStudio" and dl one of them or both.
4. get ya self a bunch of tracks, and mix like hell!!

Has anybody actually been able to mix with virtual turntables, and broadcast the mix?
I have the program, the shoutcast server, and the DSP.
I can get it to work with winamp.
I copy the DSP plugin into the VTT plugins folder.
I try to enable it, and it gives me an error, "cannot find the encoder .dll file"
I'm using win98, with a POS built in souncard.
I also have another computer with 2 soundcards at work I could try.. any help would be appreciated. |
