I quite lke the sounds that I've created but I seem to suck with all aspects of arrangement. Can anyone listen (further than the first minute if you can bear to) to THIS and give me any pointers?

The sounds and ideas you've got there sound great, no problem there!
The first thing that stands out is you bring in 4 or 5 different ideas very smoothly ( which can be good! ) every 8 bars or so. Be more focussed with the elements of your song; play each element out a bit longer, and make it a bit more dramatic when you want to bring in a new part; direct your listeners towards anything new.
Secondly, the bassline plays the whole way through the sample. The bassline gives the song a whole lot of drive, and by stripping back the bassline you can create a lot of contrast. i.e. try removing it altogether, just playing the kick and one or two synth lines. Then build up and bring back in the bass; the bass is a very powerful driving force!
Good luck, and I hope that helps at all!

haha, Arranging. Yeah dude, I hear you with this problem.

I was having this problem and still having this problem but not as much.. It is very important on how your track is structured. Try not to 'waste' all of your cool sounds and elements too quickly otherwise the song will get boring and there isnt anything to look forward too. Also Experiment with adding pieces and taking pieces out at certain points. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO TAKES THINGS OUT YOU ARENT 100% happy about. This something that was told to me by Sasha. From then on i realized that it works. Build it up slowly and then break it down and build up again. Give your track some Movement and not just steady..
