Just got off the phone. The insurance company should be setting up for an inspection/evaluation tomorrow, and based on the glance I gave my car before I walked away dizzy, I would say it's a total loss. Worst part here: I don't have rental re-imbursement. :(

Thanks, Stan. :) I hope so too. I'm not going to work tomorrow since i don't have my car, and because I have to do all the chores associated with the insurance company and towing company.

This is why I posted this thread here. Thanks for the support, everyone. It's really cheering me up. You're all the best. :)

I got your text from early this morning (earlier this evening). Thank you...what you wrote was very sweet. Now I feel stupid that I responded hours later not knowing you had been in an accident. Sorry. :( I'm glad that you are ok and I hope that you start feeling better. ;)

It's okay, Amber, and thank you. Accident happened at 6PM or so. And it's better that you responded late rather than never. :)

Glad to see your ok man. I was just reading a thread in TOTA about two very young chicks that wrecked on the 401 in Canada and one of them was killed cause she wasn't wearing her seatbelt. You gotta be a ing moron not to wear a seatbelt. Good job bro.....its prob the reason your still with us.;)

No doubt. Thanks, Brian. :) I'm about to go out and see the wreckage for the first time since crashing, and to hopefully get some personal effects out before anyone cleptos them.

Wow. Sorry to here about your accident man, glad u were wearing a seatbelt.
I completely know wut ur going through. I wrapped a car around a static object...not fun, and I wasnt wearing a seatbelt. But i made it out w/ just a few scratches.

Believe me you'll never drive the same way again...

Ohhh and try not to let the insurance company completely screw you over, they think they can do anything if it was ur fault.

Thanks, dude.

I saw the wreckage. Quite frankly, besides the seat belt, I don't know how I got out of it alive. The windsheild was cracked but good, and I got all my stuff out AOK. :) Now comes the process of waiting for the insurance company to decided how to go about this.
