don't like it almost at all! musically it's bleh and the vocals from maxi jazz are once again horrible! i thought this would be good when people hyped it so much, but no! i really don't like this kind of faithless at all! i wish they'd kick maxi jazz the out and make trance and not stuff like this!

They're not a trance act. Please stick to your usual Armin/Tiesto/Paul van Dyk/whatever stuff and leave this to people who DO like it, instead of slagging it off. |

i know that but i wish they'd be as they have the potential to make great trance (insomnia, god is a dj, tarantula, we come 1, don't leave (euphoric mix))
well i think those are all mostly rollo doing the great trance in there. maybe he should produce more good trance under some different alias or something! i'm just saying that i don't like this kind of faithless stuff, that's all! no need to get all defensive. and i'm not a friend of asot fluff either so you can stfu about that and i've never liked pvd too much either, but tiësto is good IMO. and i just thought i had the right to express my opinion about this new tune as i've liked faithless before too and thought that this might be similar kind of trance stuff, but it wasn't so i was disappointed! i didn't come here to just bash you know. |

Would you have checked out their albums, then you'd know that their dance tracks (I wouldn't even call it trance by far) are just a small portion of the total range of tracks they produce. I just can't stand people (in general) stereotyping Faithless as just a dance act, let alone a trance act.
And for your interest, Rollo does not just produce the dance tracks, he produces most of the other stuff too. In addition to that, check out the Dusted album, it's an album produced by Rollo himself. Not many dance tracks on there too. |

i know all this as i clearly stated before (IMO at least) but i said that it would be great if rollo did more of the trance type stuff as i really love that! i'm not trying to say that faithless is a trance act or that rollo only produces trance. i'm just hoping for some more trance from rollo or faithless, that's all. i've listened to all faithless albums too except for the new one. i just don't understand why you're getting mad at me for not liking this type of faithless stuff!

In what way?
Maybe with regards to dancefloor-oriented tracks, but in the end, they're not just a dance act. They do lots more than that.. |
EXACTLY... I should know, 'cause I have practically all the albums!(Including "No Roots") There's just so many tracks on that album that won't do if they would be brought to the BIG public: That's the reason why: "Miss You Less, See You More" (Also dancefloor-orientated. But yet better, imo.) probably won't be given a chance. People would call it "OLD", well f*ck that! |

and im guessing the vid mix is prolly an edited version of the main mix. ;) |
The video version is
"i want more part 2"
If u have the album you would be aware that there is a part 1 and part 2 to this track.
I do prefer part one, more lyrically deep and it gives more recognition to LSK for the brilliant job he does on the vocals. As someone mentioned earlier part 2 vocals are done by nina simone.

Miss u less, see you more will be the next release off no roots :p

You wont get it because he has never done trance, secondly there is a big cloud over whether or not faithless will make anymore tracks together. |

But will it make Holland's top-charts? - Don't think so, but I hope though!
It's not that I want to see every release get into the charts here, but even I got to know them by the Insomnia-video! (that made the charts) :nervous:
The many people that get to know them, the better music gets here:p |
