| Well maybe it wasnt lawrence, maybe thats all i remember from that night, seeing lawrence flyers on the walls all over glow...i am really not sure, its too far back to remember |

No, Lawrence was at Insomnia, I wasn't refuting that. I guess I just didn't think that it was that long ago. :conf:
I missed him at Insomnia but I've seen him a few times at Buzz and Five, but most notably at Glow at Zei Club. |

| the last time i saw christopher lawrence was either at starscape 2002? or in space, philly, which is now closed. he blew me away and i'm totally looking forward to see how he's progressed over the last 2 years. |

yeah i definitely want to check out Christopher Lawrence.. I may just have to see M.I.K.E another time because I dont think i can go back to back weekends in October.

yes motion (space) is also closed.
been closed for a few years actually.
me and sky just went to a Space 5-yr reunion in philly a month or 2 ago... it was so neat. it was at a neat little lounge/club free to get in, open bar and all the old Space residents played "old skool" sets... Jeff Heart, Mass, etc. It was neat they even had really old fliers all over the walls from parties like the Whistles and Bangs, April Foolz, etc... you know all the old philly parties. and everyone that came was all the old space/motion heads, cuz the only way we even knew about it was from being on Space's old mailing list. it was really cool.
christopher lawrence at space though... one of the best sets ever. I'll never forget when he threw down a hard mix of "Sunshine". That was such a great night.
And at starscape... it was cool seeing some good trance talent at a starscape. ultraworld throws awesome parties but they need to book more trance. |
