Update: Rental House situation

In case anyone didn't see the last post, I'll provide a quick recap:
I'm acquiring a house off the danforth or somewhere in East Toronto, with the purpose of providing very affordable, close accomodation for Ryerson/St.George students, as well as anyone else interested. The commute should be less than 15 minutes. I project rents to be approx. $400, most likely with partial or full utils included.
Now, for the update: I have decided to wait until second semester to acquire this property.
I made this decision because I feel that it will be less of a panic for tenants to move in during the winter break and be set for second semester, as opposed to rushing people in now.

To ensure compability among tenants, and thus reduce altercations, please include your:
- interests/habbits
- sleep schedule (early riser? late nighter?)
- financial stability (how long of a commitment can be made)
- anything else that should be known

Since I've done drugs, that makes me sketchy and we all know your feelings towards people like us even though we may be completely normal otherwise...

Hehe... and I don't understand the former part of your message:conf:
If you are referring to the E Thread, I apologize if I offended you as a drug user - my post's were misconstrued. I was merely dicussing the reasons I don't indulge in E, and didn't mean to impose upon others.
And, I have many friends, some who do drugs seldom, and others who use frequently... some are sketchy, some aren't.. I know sketchiness is not solely based on drug use...
I'm not sketchy at all, and I've certaintly indulged in good ole mary jane :) |
