Does anyone know what the deal is with UpfrontrecordS?? their site hasn't been up for a few days already, and when I call the store I get the answering machine saying they are closed for business. Whats going on ?
I have like a load of records bagged there and I'm feeling well anxious.
Any info would be appreciated.

How did you pay for the records? If you paid by credit card you will be covered by your bank for the non-delivery of these records provided you paid for them within the last 3 months. |

interesting regarding the closure. I always heard these guys were doing extremely well. It's tough buying tunes in Melbourne and it's only going to get tougher with the lack of quality releases hitting store shelves. I guess that will all change soon enough :)

OMG I seriously have over AUD350 of records bagged with them. As for the payment method I used a direct bank transfer. Was just waiting to get them shipped after my next order.
Does anyone know how to contact them? This is a disaster.
If I'm not mistaken weren't they on the TA forums as well.
I seriously hope they still have my bagged records.
Please keep this thread updated in case anyone else is experiencing similar problems.

Does their website still have a contact number on there??
I'm sure if you could get in contact with them they'd have your records, cos they would have put them aside when you paid for them. I hope it works out for you. |

A friend called them this morning on that number, the message on the answering machine went something like "We are closed for business. Thanks for your support."
Hopefully if you left them a message they will return your call re where your $ or records are :conf: |
