OK,this is my problem.(sorry for bad english i hope you will understand me)
I don't understand SimSynth very well.I tried to make background strings with SimSynth, but don't know how to do that.If i set first bar in pattern then string is continious, but don't know how to change note of this background string.I know i can do that with piano roll, but i don't want to hear starting noise (if you know what am talking about).I just want to change note of this string LIKE WITH PIANO IN CHANNEL SETTINGS,where i can do that but can't record(why?).
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks a lot

You dont want to hear the starting noise of the note, meaning you want to blend in slowly...thats what i understood from the question, if so, get a new sample, like some pads or so. I too hate strings that "start all of a sudden" instead of a soft transition. BTW, if you are you usinf Simsynth for pads and strings, thats not a good idea. Get some vsts like pro, vanguad or fm7 |

| well when im writing string ensembles i get around the sudden 'start' of the string sound by upping the attack and release on the volume envelope and sometimes the filter envelope. there should be one on simsynth. that makes it kind of fade in and fade out with a long decaying tail. now. i rarely ever have single note strings but rather play them in chords. lets say we have a long c minor chord blending into a long c sus4. i would make one or 2 of the notes of the c minor chord overlap with the the start of the c sus4. if you balance the slow attack of the second chord with the overlap of the first chord you get a smooth transition between the 2 and vice versa with the slow release. adding a reverb with a long decay tail also helps to smooth out the transition. |
