Omni Music Festival Cancelled?! & Ruby Skye

So I went to try to get tickets for the Omni Music Festival today and couldn't find any where omnimusicfestival.com claimed they should be. So I started calling the box offices that the website listed and after a bunch of place told me they never received tickets I was told by a woman at F-8 that it was cancelled. Is this true? Anyone know why? It sucks, I wanted to hear Acosta. Oh well, Love Parade's coming up.
Also, is Ruby Skye 21+ and if they are, is it strictly enforced?

And actually, Acosta's site says he's going to be at Mandela in Oakland that day. Was that a reference to the same gig or did he relocate? I can't find a club Mandela online...
