Problem to buy on bonzaimusic.net

I post here because i suppose that bonzaimusic.net is located in belgium, as it comes from Bonzai records.
Well what happens with bonzaimusic.net ? I got a problem to pay with the website.
I'm currently trying to buy the vinyl collector Cafe del Mar, so i have an order with only this item.
As i want to checkout the order, i have to choose the payment mode (check/money order, credit card OR PayPal). I choose credit card.
And i click on "Continue"
NOTE: I first tried with Mozilla, got no error, it worked fine (THIS step), WHEREAS with IE i discovered there is a javascript error when clicking on the button "Continue". :rolleyes:
(but i think Mozilla doesn't show the js error)
I have now information about the order, and i have to confirm the order + appropriate payment mode, by clicking on the button "Confirm Order".
And i am redirected to a page which displays:

PHUCK !!! :wtf: There's an error. It's impossible to pay.
Yet I sent TWO messages via the contact form (small link "contact us" on the right bottom corner)... and got NO response/answer.
Can someone tell me if he (already) got the same error, and what could i do ?
NOTE: i don't want to use any of the two others payment modes, because, check/money it's unsure for me, and paypal, it seems i have to pay an extra fee to your order total cost. (€24.55 EUR instead of €19.99 as displayed in the order total).

Je poste ici parce que je suppose que bonzaimusic.net est géré en belgique, puisque ça vient de Bonzai Records.
Donc qu'est ce qui se passe avec bonzaimusic.net ? J'ai un problème pour payer sur le site.
J'essaie actuellement d'acheter le collector vinyl Cafe del Mar, donc j'ai lancé une commande avec seulement cet item dedans.
Quand je veux valider la commance, je dois choisir le mode de paiement (chèque, carte de crédit ou Paypal).
Je choisis carte de crédit.
Et je clique sur "Continue".
NOTE: j'ai d'abord essayé ça sous Mozilla, je n'ai pas eu d'erreur, ça fonctionnait correctement (CETTE étape), alors qu'en utilisant IE, j'ai découvert qu'il y avait une erreur javascript en cliquant sur le bouton "Continue". :rolleyes:
(mais je pense que Mozilla ne me montrais pas l'erreur javascript)
Le résumé de la commande s'affiche, avec le mode paiement choisi, et je n'ai plus qu'à confirmer la commande, en cliquand sur le bouton "Confirm Order".
ET là je suis redirigé sur une page qui m'affiche :

J'ai déjà envoyé DEUX messages via le formulaire de contact (petit lien "contact us" en bas à droite)... et je n'ai pas eu de réponse.
Qqn peut-il me dire s'il a (déjà eu?) la même erreur, et ce que je pourrais faire ?
NOTE: je n'ai pas envie d'utiliser l'un ou l'autre des deux autres modes de paiments proposés, parce que, chèque je ne trouve pas ça sûr, et paypal, il me semble que je doive payer une taxe plus de la commande totale (€24.55 EUR au lieu des €19.99 affichés dans le total). |

Oui, oui, nom & adresse pas de problème.
Par contre le n° de carte de crédit, il me semble que c'est au moment du paiement, on ne peut pas le donner avant.
In fact, i feel that bonzaimusic.net haven't well parametered their website, and the error comes in the form where you have to choose between the three paiment methods.
Because after a walkthrough into the javascript code, i noticed that there's a few values missing in the code, and as there's no text field to give your card number, i suppose that they haven't parametered the ability to pay via credit card. :(
But one thing i'd like to know: why don't they anwser my two messages ? :conf: |

Well, i must choose between PayPal or bankaccount transfer.
They have too deleted the "Credit Card" option. So it's fixed now. :rolleyes: ;) |
