Despite people not getting in for free in the first hour as advertised, and the place being a bit too cold in early on, it was a fun time. There were many people in the club, but it's too bad they were spread out among the main floor, the techno in the Pink Room, and the hip hop on the roof, so it seemed from the main floor like overall turnout was light.

Jason Jollins did yet another superb job opening up.
Anthony Pappa then threw down a fine set, with a little scratching at the end. Francis (avikonen) told me he liked his Spirit set better, but I wasn't there, so I can't compare.
Anyways, afterwards Serge Devant kept things going for the diehards past 6 am, which was when I left; shortly before that, the lights came on in the Pink Room. btw, I dunno if Serge goes on here or any other boards, but Armin recently played his track Transparent (with Jan Johnston on vocals) on A State of Trance, so big ups to him.

Thanks for the review. Yes. I liked Pappa at spirit better. I wasn't feeling it last night though Jason played a great opener. I think I need more recovery time from Labour ;) I was disappointed with the turnout. I thought there would be more people showing up for Anthony. He played in Toronto the day before and reviews make it appear it was an off night there too I love his track selections though and i'll probably make it out again when he returns (hopefully Jason can open again ;) )

Michelle and I had a great night. Jason & Pappa were quality. Anthony especially surprised me. I didn't expect to hear what I was hearing. His prog trance/house style really added to the atmosphere and vibe last night.

Ps. Dan, great pictures. This ones my favorite
