Saturday Night Grooves - a brand new monthly radio show created by three future talents from the Scandinavian music scene! Saturday Night Grooves will be aired on DI.fm and ETS-Global every 3rd Saturday of the month; with the first show being on Saturday September 18th at 19:00 CET (DI.fm) and 20:00 Cet (ETS-Global).
The show will take you on a spectacular journey from funky house tunes to banging progressive tracks and will end with a dream of melodic gems. We will make sure that all listeners finish their evening with a smile of joy on their faces, and we will have made them dance around their rooms to grooves delivered by Ashkan Fardost (a.k.a Envio), Marcus Schössow (a.k.a Progresia) and Niklas Harding.
The 1st hour will be presented to you by Envio, who will be throwing down the funky house grooves, and be sure to expect elite new material from the man himself. Most of you will know Envio’s tracks released on Armada such as Touched by the Sun and Time to Say Goodbye. Almost every DJ out there spins these popular trance tracks! He is presently also working on tracks inspired by a darker and progressive spectre, such as Love Poison.
In the 2nd hour Marcus Schössow welcomes you. He will be delivering dark, banging and remarkable progressive tunes. As well as having future releases coming up on J00F, Vapour and Pure Substance, his new track Octagen & Progresia - First Horizon (soon to be released on ATCR) has already been spun on BBC Radio 1, ASOT, KISS FM and Exposure. On the gig side, a tour around Australia is being deliberated and several parties in his hometown under the guise “Obsession” are steadily improving Marcus’ reputation.
The host in the 3rd hour will be Niklas Harding, who has been described as a ‘future star’ everywhere! He’s been travelling the globe - from Russia to Canada - to spin his exclusive sets and has furthermore been an occasional guest on big radio shows with hosts such as Markus Schulz, Misja Helsloot, and Blank&Jones. Moreover, Niklas will also start on his own productions soon. This DJ is known for his unique style, so expect this hour to be filled with the finest progressive and trancy tracks you have ever heard!
In the 4th hour we will have several upcoming artists and well-known producers from the electronic music scene from every corner of the world, delivering a one-hour guest mix.
For our first show the guests will be Tkac & Haverlik, two talented producers from Slovakia. They have had several releases at Baroque and Method records, and a new single is currently in the making. In addition they also recently remixed the new Deepsky track Ghost which is likely to be one of the most successful tracks of 2005. So expect some of the finest progressive beats, filled with an assortment of exclusive material!

| No worries. I was just curious. I would be interested to hear your "progressive and melodic" sounds. I have been playing within that context lately and am curious to see if your selections are similar in style. If so, I would be bound to really like it, obviously. I don't really have access to the internet outside of work, but I could figure something out. Figured I'd throw it out there. |
