So my opinion on people has changed this morning. I received an E-mail from the seller (Ebay) of a DVD I paid for yesterday. It said, basically, that as he was boxing it up to send to me, he heard that the disc had fallen off of the hub. He didn't want to open it (as it was new and sealed), but he also didn't want to send it to me if it was FUBAR. So he asked me what to do bout it.
Now I have gotten a bunch of DVDs from Ebay where the same thing happened, and they sent it anyway, and I get a disc that is scratched to all hell.
I dunno, it just makes me feel good that there are people who actually care about customer service as opposed to just making the quick buck. |

It's always the little things, isn't it? When will people realize that you don't have to rescue a flaming jumbo-jet full of orphans just to make somee difference for the better in theis world? It always starts with the small stuff...
Be careful, though! This ****** might just be lulling you into a false sense of security! :p |

Yeah, it is the little things that can mean so much to people. A friendly smile can make someone's day (me, personally).
I'm always a little afraid to get ripped off via Ebay. If I do, it's only like 10 bux, so there's greater tragedies in life, ya know?

| Some people like to keep a good Ebay record without comments like "he send me trashed stuff" or "there was sperm on the books I recieved". So it's not more than reasonable to handle the goods with care ;) |
