| I didn't get to party on my 18th due to a life-or-death exam the following morning, so the following night I went to the pub with my mates, played some snooker, got drunk and just enjoyed life |

| i stayed home and celebrated with my parents man...best way to bring the 18 yr of your life...With ur family..Forget the clubs and stripbars...those can wait...Stick with family and friends this yr...and all yrs. to come..;) :) :) :) |

I bought a cigar, a scratch off lottery ticket, and some porn.
Gave the porn to my dad, smoked the cigar, and won my money back on the scratch off ticket. Oh, I went out to eat with my family too. Like a tradition, we go wherever we want on our b-day. Nothing too special other than that (I think my 18th was on a weekday, so I couldn't go out an party) |

I just had a quiet meal with family and some best friends. I think that is the best way to spend your 18th. Lets face it, nearly everyone will have drank and got drunk before their 18th, i dont see why peope fill the need to get totally wasted, not remembering the most important birthday would be pretty crappy from my point of view.
I usually save everyone else's birthdays to do the usual "have fun, get tipsy" thing. There seems to be some sort of stigma attached to 18th birthday parties, which i will never understand, there are so many other ways to enjoy yourself, than just getting drunk.
Obviously this is just my opinion. |

i think my 18th was on a saturday, so on the friday i went to Gatecrasher at Heaven and clubbed it up...
I had work on the saturday morning from 10.30 - 7.30pm so, still drunk and with only 2 or so hours of sleep i went to work , and almost died...
AS soon as i got back, i had a cocktail party at my house and carried on drinking until the early hours
Then on the sunday, in the evening, i had a meal with my family and close friends.
and i've done that for 19th and 20th birthdays, and it works a treat :) |

OK, i had an absolutely epic 18th. The 18th is the big party i Australia btw, since that is when you become legal.
The day (Saturday) started off with me playing soccer for my team as usual. We won!!!!!!
Then i had my party that night at my local RSL club (not a dance club, more like a local pub). Anyway, i invited about 60 of my friends. A couple of my friends decided to wish me ahappy birthday by giving me some "death charges". I sculled two beers with three shots in each beer in the space of two minutes. This was after me having several drinks and a couple of shots before hand.
The rest is really a blur, although the great moments were captured on camera :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: :whip:
I was then very, very very sick and spent most of the night in toilets spewing my guts out. Not a fun way to spend my 18th!!!!!
I can't remember anything after about 10pm really, but my brother captured some nice action photos of me spewing.
Next thing i know, i woke up in my bed the next morning. My room was fileld wiht balloons and presents :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
I had the WORST hangover of my life, and to make matters worse, i had made a fool out of myself in front of my naive parents the night before. Nevetheless, a room full of presents and balloons was GREAT!!!
I then decided i needed some hangover food, so i drove (:whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: :whip: IDIOT!!!!) to the nearest McDonalds at about 8am and ordered some nice greasy breakfast.
All in all, it was a very memorable 18th! |
