View this Thread in Original format majstor I was planing to buy Ortofon needl like Pro and my friend told me buy Numark CC1 or CS1. Are they really better than the Ortofon? I heard that they do less damage on the vinyl. PS And another thing(this is probably stupid question)- If I buy Numark can I put the Ortofon needl on it? Thanks for help tu_face i have my serious doubts that they are better than ortofons.. feel free to prove me wrong as i have never used the carl cox carts :p i just know that numark arn't brilliant at making carts, judging by the they push out with their decks. and no, an ortofon stylus won't fit on a numark cart. its like fitting square bricks in round holes :) DjVash One word: MARKETING!!! Don't buy it! tu_face is right. Numark's a brand that produces needles to complete their product catalogue.
