Hawtin @ Ultra sucked ass though.. He played MINIMAL techno, unless you like minimal techno.. not the banging techno that I like hehe.. as for Sven Vath, the guy is the father of techno in germany .. thats why I say swedish techno.. is the banging nice one, the german techno, is usually the minimal techno . |

I won't be going becuz of car issues. (DUH.) I've never seen them live. One thing I've never been able to figure out is how 2 people can DJ at the same time. I'm still a newb DJ so I'm clueless. :p |

| i have the same reply as the last time da. i saw tiesto three times over that last tour of his. and the space set is the only set where he threw down mostly hard tracks. he must have been experimenting and he usually does at space, and this time it didnt sound right. but i dont see why you need to keep reiterating this fact, like thats how he spins all the time now, because he doesnt, get over it dude, for real. ask the people who saw tiesto at icon five nights later, and see what they have to say about his set(vero, breakin beats, rach, ryan, trancebrat,james d, stan), yeh, nuff said, because it was killer, and even your sorry ass would have liked it. so just because he had one mediorce set at space doesnt mean hes "lost it" or thats his new sound, or all this other horse. i seen tiesto like over ten times at space, and everyone, except that one, was sick. end of story.:rolleyes: not trying to be hostile, just tired of same old arguements. |

No better way to spice up a thread. :toothless I know about Icon. I wanted to go, but on a WEDNESDAY? And in the middle of a work week? No way I could. :( I had a feeling it would be better than his set at Space, and, as I feared, it was. So, in summizing, I feel like I got cheated. That's why I brought it up, but anyways, Tijs needs to transition hard stuff into his sets a little SLOWERRRRRRR. Experimentation is usually a good thing but you gotta take it nice and easy sometimes. :) |
