yeah im not sure there is anyway I could be convinced to see this movie. Someone would have to throw a free ticket, pretzels, hot dogs, large coke, and a ride to/fro the movie before id even consider it. |

lol no, i swear it's her...she's the introvert who would rather stay home with her cat and a good book, rather than go out somewhere, or date someone. my mom is a dork, and it's a shame too, because she's very attractive and intelligent...she just hates people. |

Oh, so there really are some people out there who want to see this?
I thought this one looked well on its way to one or more Razzies. It still could be: it may be the most ludicrously contrived movie since Battlefield Earth. |

the only way this movie could possibly do well in the box office is, because its audience will consist of about 3 million 10 year olds who cant go to the movie alone. So for every one kid that wants to see it, you also have the ticket of the adult, who more than likely, doesnt want to see it.
So cut the box office total in half, and you have the actual results. |

The movie is rated PG, And everyone can see it, But I seen the previews, And I think it will apeal to those who loved Indiana Jones and Star Wars. :) |

tigerclaw, going to the movies solo is the best by far. saw resident evil last night by myself...makes it much scarier and intense because you dont have to worry about someone asking you "what did they just say?" the whole damn movie. plus, i personally enjoy the dark creepy walk alone to your car in the parking lot at 1130pm. hehe.
and oh yeah, angelina looks like a badass in this movie. i must see it. |

I usually like going to the movies with someone, Cause then, Right after its over, You and your friend can talk about it while in the car driving back home. |

I usually go to movies alone. But it's only because *she* would rather spend the night with her friend :whip: [/personal issues aside]
There's really nothing wrong with seeing a movie alone - it's not like you should be talking during the movie anyways ;)
Anyways... don't think I'll be seeing Sky Captain- it looks like waaaaay too much cg Hollywood garbage :( I kinda wish theatres in Naples would play Ghost in the Shell 2 - as is, I'd have to drive to either Fort Lauderdale or Miami just to see a movie :whip: |
