Belt drives are simply a hell no. Youll regret it no matter what. Besides theres enough cheap direct drives out there.

I've heard people say good things about that mixer, but in general i think gemini is a bit risky. Vestax pcv275 (this seems to be the most popular mixer on this forum along with the djm600) would be a better choice.

Looks like crap to me. Better wait for a while longer and save up for Techs and Vestax mixer.

Set ya back $400-500ish. 'Tis much better than nasty belt driven decks and the mixer should be pretty ok. Somthing to learn on at least.

You keep that rule in mind. You simply CAN'T learn how to beatmatch with belt driven TT's since they can't keep a constant speed..

With the mixer, you get what you pay for. I've never used this mixer but I've read some pretty good reviews about them... It's a beginner mixer witch no doubt, you'll throw away after less than a year...

I've got the ps626i, which is the same mixer but without the sampler. Decent mixer for the price, been using mine for over 2 years without problems. I'd only buy the 676 if I really thought I'd use the sampler...

The decks... well, like other said, get direct drives. Save up as much as you can be bothered saving up for decks, I've got Gemini pt2400's which are decent too (don't like the digital display though, it's quite pointless). If you can save up more and get Techs or Vestax, then good.

I bought a Numark TT1650 and it sucked ass. Im not gonna buy any more turntables. ..(unless i get 1000 out of no where for some Techs). Im pissed as becuase that ing turntable cost so much and I cant find anyone that wants to buy it lol.
