Ok, here's the deal: i invested in these ty pick ups called stanton i-track. They costed me alot of money, but didn't work for me at all. I like to scratch alot and these were definetily not scratch pick ups, cause they "jumped out of track" all the time. Many times i nearly touched the record on the turntable and it "jumped off". I'm pretty sure that it is the pick ups fault, but does some of you think it's something else? Anyways, need new pickups that don't cost much and are perfect for scratching and stuff like that, but at the same time produce quality sound.. Suggestions? Links? |

have a look at shure whitelabel's. they are quite expensive but they are fantastic carts both in terms of performance and sound quality. they look wicked, and they refuse to move out of the groove! very low tracking weights too (i think its 1g - 3.5g), so low record wear.
