Drinking pop/soda out of cans=drinking your own saliva?

Anyone heard of this? Supposedly, after you finish drinking a can of pop/soda, half of what you actually drank is your own saliva! I mean there is a full can and all, but everytime you take a sip, some of your own saliva washes back into the can. So eventually you are drinking your own saliva(mixed with the pop, of course)after a while.
Is this true? I heard this a few years back and now don't share pop cans with anybody. |

Why does it matter? Are you afraid to put your own saliva into your mouth? I don't get that...
And shouldn't you know better than to share cans with other people? :toothless |
