My average is down to just 21 now *proud smile*

I'm still not really following though. Making what up? That some chick asked about my keychain? Is that really so hard to believe? I haven't even told you guys the rest of the story. I didn't think it was worth writing about, but if you guys think the keychain bit was far-out, the rest of it would probably blow your minds?  :haha:

Aaron, but do you actually really think these stories are made up? What normal person would do that? I just can't imagine someone taking the time to do this everyday.

I think it is possible that these things happen to him but to any normal person they aren't big enough to tell 20 thousand people. Hmmm, maybe we should all try that for a week and see what this board becomes.

Nah nah, especially when he says he gets rejected 20 times out of 21, I mean think just how many girls a guy would have to hit on daily in that case to have this many stories, and still have time to post about it.

It's the combination of sheer volume and poor cliché quality. If he'd taken 5 extra minutes on each story to make them sound plausible and posted maybe 1/5 the amount of them, I'd probably have believed them all. But as it stands I believe zilch. It really does sound to me like he just paraphrases stories he hears from friends, or takes tidbits and makes stories from them, because these sound pretty much like the stories I heard from my own friends who I also caught bullting.

Two friends come to mind who I know get a lot of action. One of them is straight-up, doesn't do the one-night-stand thing, and really hates when people assume he slept with a girl just because he spent one-on-one time with her. The other one is a man whore and pretty full of but makes a conscientious effort to keep a low profile about it when he's out in public. He also admits that the girls are whores too and isn't particularly proud of any of his accomplishments.

So those are the two polar opposites but the one thing they both have in common is that they don't like to talk incessantly about their business in mixed company. There are those who talk, and those who act - not both.

I'd love to cross-examine the guy up front. Which Eatons was it? What did the person look like who rang up the keychain? How much did it cost? What did it look like? What did the girl look like? How many other people were in line? I bet he wouldn't be able to answer a single one of those questions without stammering.

*sigh* Digi, why are you taking this so personally?

But hey, i guess i should say thanks because your posts are really stroking my ego. Nothing puts a smile on your face like someone saying they think the things you do are too good to be true. And hell, i'm such a newbie compared to some of the guys out there. If people think the things i do are unbelievable now, what'll they think a few years down the road? By then, i'll be up there with some of the true masters.

What makes you think i brag to get results? Ask any girl and she'll tell you how much she hates it when guys brag about themselves. And besides, do you have any idea how bad it feels to know a girl is with you for your money? That's like for a girl to know you're only with her because of how big her are for instance. I never tell girls what i do for a living. I never pay for dates. Why do you think i answered "moped" with a completely serious face when that girl asked me if the keychain is for a BMW?

That was a joke. Give me three single women who look 8/10 or better and 60 seconds with each. I'll walk away with one or two numbers. Giv me a few minutes and i'll get two or three.

You have trouble believing THAT? Those aren't even stories, they're just tiny anecdotes. You want a story? At around 6PM on the Sunday before last, i was laying naked on my back on one of those huge rocks at Ashbridges Bay while one of my girls was riding me with three police boats watching from several hundred meters away. And yes, i fully realize that no one here will believe this. Nevertheless, it happened.

Top floor of Eatons Centre. In the very middle, there is a booth that sells model cars and keychains. You can't miss it. The guy who works there is late 30's, he's the only one there. If he doesn't remember me, ask him how his "friend from Dubai" is doing and he'll go "Ah!" The keychain cost $12. The girl was around 5'5, wearing a soft knit pink top and white pants. Cute Asian around 17. Had a shorter girlfriend with her. No other people in line.

Oh and you might as well hear the rest of the story. She was there buying a model Nissan Skyline as a birthday gift for her boyfriend. Within minutes of talking to me, she was laughing hysterically at everything i said and touching my arms. Then she started saying things like "i don't really like him anymore," "i spend way too much money on him," "he's kind of a fag." You can doulbe-check all this with the guy, as he surely remembers me busting her for talking about her boyfriend behind his back.

After you're done, walk over to the Swatch stand that's just a few meters away. Ask the girl who works there if she remembers a guy in a black leather trenchcoat walking up to a tall Asian girl who was buying a watch with her boyfriend, putting his hand on the side of her arm (while the boyfriend was holding her) and asking her if she's single. Judging by the boyfriend's reaction, i think she'll remember. If either of the salespeople mentioned aren't there, ask for the names and shifts of persons working there on the evening of Saturday 18th. I've done this before, they'll tell you.

Finally, if you're still not satisfied, go talk to speedy2k. He's been around here for far longer than i have and surely most of you know him in person. Ask him about what he saw at Sherway Gardens mall. Ask him about the four store clerks. The two Russian shoppers. The Filipina with her husband. The Filipina with her mom. Ask him about what i did, how they reacted and what results i got. Is that good enough for you? I hope it is because mark my words, this is the FIRST AND LAST TIME that you'll see me go through the trouble of trying to prove something to you or anyone else on here. I don't lie. I don't exaggerate. Period. Thanks for your time and i hope you've enjoyed this as much as i have :)

Just the man i wanted to see. Why do you think the Z3 is "worthless" in the winter? I sure as hell don't wanna leave it locked up in the garage until April :( Can i get winter tires or something?

Lets just say that last thing I want to be driving in the winter is a 2000 lb car with 250 hp, even more torque and real wheel drive.

There aren't enough sand-bags in the world that is going to keep that car driveable with anything more than a dusting of snow.

Plus - I personally consider driving a roadster like that in the winter "car abuse"... ;)

Maybe do what you said - get a pre-2000 for cheap but then spend a few g's on a winter beater.

A 98 Z3 is 2950lbs and 180 horses. Sounds pretty reasonable. You must be thinking of the Z4. That's way out of my reach!

/me must be thinking of the 3.0i (250 hp). I stand corrected.

None the less - roadster + winter = car abuse.

You can drive whatever the f' you want (winter or summer) - but it will break your heart come spring and when the paint job on your Z3 looks like it had a fight with buck-shot (and buck-shot won)...
