Nice driving bass and kicks. Percussion coming are good and sound clear. Synth on1:10 is ok but lacks an edge. Would have expected a few other synths to be introduced before the breakdown comes in as well.
Main melody is good but is let down by the use of the same synth. The synth that layers it is again lacking real fire-power.
Some warm pads would beef it up a bit another harmony. As I said introduce another synth for the lead and use the other one to layer it with a slightly different melody to keep it interesting.
Its well produced but each part is over to soon and it lacks variation. Has potential with some work. :) |

Thanks for reviewing it.
I'll explain my background a bit:
First off, this is my first Trance song ever... Previously, I had been producing Rap Instrumentals for about 5 years but grew tired of it. I'm producing with Reason and i'm not used to 'synthetization' and melody writing... I was a sample digger when I did hiphop.
Keep the comments coming, I'm really interested at getting better.

is a rap instrumental, a rap without the rap? ;)
nice and loud which is good
like the clap sound you've used cuts through nice, and isn't quite the standard trance clap (which is a good thing)
percs build well - if a little harsh (it's a little over mastered)
lead that goes through 1:20 isn't to my taste, but the sound is nice
I'm expecting something massive at 2:15, but it doesn't quite deliver - a faster lead would be the way to go, or add a lot of delay to the existing lead so it "bigs itself up"
comes in nice at 3:15
I think this needs a more complex/uplifing lead line (but again thats a ubjective thing)
nice track |

Wow! Thanks a lot...
I understand what you mean at 2:15... I knew there was going to be some criticism at this place... I was happy while being unhappy with that part :P
I think that the changing of the synth RaverBabySy proposed could be good...
For the overmastering thing: Don't have monitors so it's probably not transferring that well to other systems...
If you have something to review, drop a link I'll be pleased to tell you what I think ;)
