I just checked the Radio 1 website... But if he's @ System on the Friday (1st), he's suppose to be at Aria on the Saturday, right? But how is that suppose to work?
If the E-mix is on from 1-3am (GMT), subtract 5 hours and that's EST. So, if he's done at 10pm EST, how the hell is he going to make it to Montreal in time? I guess if he hits the decks at 4am EST, it could theoretically work?
Oh well, he had a great set at Cream, so it's worth hearing him on the airwaves... :D
EDIT: Just checked the MTL boards, he's on from 4:30 - 7:00... Damn, that's a lot of travelling in one day! :eek: |

pre-recorded probably perrin. Unless they're doing a live-to-air, essential mixes are usually pre-recorded. Editted, I doubt, but recorded.

i still dont understand why the EM is broadcast at that local time!?
Why would you play it at 1-3am when everybody is still out? Hell the headliner at most nights just got going into his set.
i guess its more for those who didnt get to go out that night.
I still think they would get more listeners if they broadcast it at a reasonable (local) time.
but i guess if it aint broke, dont fix it. 10 years strong and still going! |

he is crazy. i was readin the most recent Mixmag, and they had a "24hrs in the life of Tong" special. and they were saying, basically all his time from the summer till Xmas is booked.
