Well I know the kid's a bit ed up but...

Sounds to me like the cops violated the plain view doctrine here. Maybe the article left out some important details but I'm pretty sure there has to be probable cause for them to initiate a search of the vehicle and especially a search of the person(s) in it. |

I was thinking the same thing, but the article makes it sound like Culkin volunteered the information. At least that's how I read it :rolleyes: |
